1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, YoFi grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and operate the mobile application on your personal compatible devices strictly for personal and commercial financial management.

2. Offline-First Architecture & Data Responsibility

YoFi is architected as an offline-first tracker. Your financial entries, balances, accounts, and budgets are kept exclusively on your local device storage:

• No Server Backups: Because we do not store your financial records on cloud servers, YoFi cannot recover lost data, reset forgotten device passcodes, or retrieve deleted transactions.
• User Backups: You are solely responsible for managing device-level backups (e.g. Apple iCloud device backups or Android system backups) and securing physical access to your hardware.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

YoFi offers a free starter tier alongside paid subscription plans (such as YoFi Pro) with enhanced features including multi-currency tracking, real-time rates, and creator revenue syncing:

• Billing: In-app subscriptions are processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their respective terms, payment methods, and refund policies govern these transactions.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your device app store subscription settings.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to discover the source code of the application.
• Redistributing, sublicensing, leasing, or renting the application to any third party.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or placing unreasonable loads on third-party rate feeds or API services used by the app.

5. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

YoFi is an analytical record-keeping and financial management software tool. YoFi does not provide certified financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

All calculations, foreign currency conversions, net worth projections, and tax estimations are provided for informational convenience only. You should consult a licensed financial advisor or accountant for specific financial decisions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application and website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YoFi and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the application, including data loss or financial miscalculations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, the revised date at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of YoFi after such updates indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
